Wind on Wild Apple, Plein Air Landscapes, Season II

Wind on Wild Apple

24×24″, acrylic on board

The day I painted this on a hilltop in Pomfret a farmer started to spread manure. He did apologize ahead of time. Six or seven of us persevered despite the odor. It was storm clouds and raindrops that forced us from the hill. And wind.

Shown on my mantle and where it now hangs, above our bed. (This is not a stock photo!) Don’t worry, I’ll hang something else here if you decide to purchase this one.
